Norwick, Schad & Goering is a nationally recognized law firm specializing in litigating and counseling clients in intellectual property, communications, First Amendment, and related matters. It was formed in 1982 by Tennyson Schad and Kenneth P. Norwick, each of whom had extensive prior experience representing authors, artists, photographers, and other creators as well as the agents, publishers, galleries, and others who disseminate their creative work. The firm flourished under Mr. Schad and Mr. Norwick until Mr. Schad’s untimely death in 2001. In 2011 Kevin W. Goering, a multi-honored and highly respected leader of the media and intellectual property bar, joined the firm.

Of counsel to the firm is Michelle Bogre. Ms. Bogre is a 2003 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and she serves as Chair of the Photography Department of the New School for Design in New York City. She is also a professional freelance writer and photographer. In recent years she has worked with Mr. Norwick on numerous matters involving intellectual property and related issues.
